I must admit, I am HUGELY excited for tomorrow night! A guy I know from back in Wellington, who then moved to London 4.5 years ago, will be in Brisbane tomorrow! So we are going to catch up and have a couple of drinks. They are going to go out to dinner afterwards, but I am going to have dinner beforehand seeing as dinner would end up being at about 9pm, I don't know where they want to go, and I am currently poor! But looking so forward to catching up with him, we had lots of good times back in Wellington!
I'm such a huge fan of Uncle Toby's Rolled Oats at the moment, make them up and put raspberries and blueberries with it, and a sprinking of brown sugar...4 points, super filling and so yummy!
I'm making the Weight Watchers "Slow cooker winter Pork Casserole" for dinner tonight. Really looking forward to it! Will post the recipe if it is any good :P
Eating this week is going good, gone over by 1 point a couple of times, my throat is really sore and I feel like I'm getting sick so I can't stop having cups of tea! Exercise is good this week! I am doing pilates every second day, have been doing some skipping, and today I am going to put on some dance music from the ipod and have a little boogie in the lounge! It's a nice sunny day too, so I may go out for a walk and put some more of my alteration flyers in letterboxes! (Trying to get some sewing alterations to do at home to earn a little bit extra money).
Weighed myself today, and am the same weight as I was on Saturday at WI, so I really need to get onto keeping into my points. Ugh! :)
